Logan Square Welcomes The Double: An Urban Tavern

It is no surprise that Logan Square is a hub for great eateries and bars. And, this weekend starts off with the opening of yet another establishment, The Double: An Urban Tavern, located at 3545 W. Fullerton Ave. The menu is replete with several craft, draft beers, specialty cocktails, and a selection of wine and bottled beer. Specials to include a "double of the day" pour AND a Bloody Mary bar on Sundays. Welcome to the neighborhood The Double!

December 11th and 12th:

Logan Square Kitchen Presents Christmas Market

Looking for that perfect holiday gift for your family or friends? Well, look no further than Logan Square Kitchen's Christmas Market this weekend, Saturday, December 11th and Sunday, December 12th, located at 2333 N. Milwaukee Ave. More than a dozen artisans will be showcasing their edible creations, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The market will feature fun holiday gifts for the culinary aficionado such as cookie decorating kits, gingerbread houses, gift baskets, and much more!  Indulge in some delicious treats including delectable pastries, decorated cookies, chocolates, and ice cream.

And, the one and only Santa Claus will be making a special appearance on Saturday and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., so bring the kids!

Admission is $1 and kids are FREE.
